Description
Boots DermaCare Scar Treatment Gel is a specialised medical device that improves the appearance of healed scars after burns, injuries, caesarean section & other surgical procedures. Silicones are recommended as the first line of treatment for the treatment of scars. The gel forms a barrier over the scar area, protecting it from rubbing and further irritation. By massaging the gel into the skin, the moisturising effect gets to work softening the scar tissue, helping to reduce itching, tightness & visibility of the scar over time.
