Bleach London Champagne Super Toner Kit Banishes yellow, brassy tones from bleached blonde hair while depositing colour for an even, champagne-blonde base. A tone worth celebrating! What's included: Plastic gloves, colourant, developing lotion (7vol/2.1%) & Reincarnation Mask. One kit is suitable for short hair or toning freshly bleached roots. For shoulder length hair you'll need two kits. For long hair that's below your shoulders, you'll need three-four kits. If your hair is very thick we recommend adding an extra kit. Suitable For Bleached, very light blonde hair
