The gentle kiss glow tint provides excellent adhesion on lips without smudging and long-lasting color.
Use a silicone tip to apply the product with excellent adhesion and then layer with the locking tip to make tattoo glowing lip makeup.
The o/w formula has evenly distributed ratio of water and oil. Also, silicone oil and hydrocarbon oil that are thicker and has higher refraction than previous sample provide excellent adhesion and moisture glow without stickiness.
